Xuzhou Medical University (formerly Xuzhou Medical College) at Jiangsu Province, China，invites applications for multiple full-time tenure-track faculty positions in the broad area of biomedical research at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor levels. Successful candidates are expected to establish independent research laboratories and are expected to join existing groups of researchers, leading school-wide efforts to develop and establish cross-discipline research programs in a broad range of topics in modern biomedical research. Areas of greatest interest include immunology and immune-therapeutics, animal models of human cancer, signal transduction, cellular response to DNA damage, pathological or pharmacological study of cancer, neurosciences, stem cell research, epigenetic regulation, microbiology and parasitology, and development of nanotechnology for the treatment or diagnosis of cancer.
Xuzhou Medical University is home to 20 schools and departments, 14 affiliated hospitals, 41 graduate degree-granting programs, and is the only freestanding medical school in the East Central China with area populations of over 60 million.
