The forum will be mainly held offline with the addition of online features as part of ongoing COVID-19 prevention and control efforts. It is composed of a main venue and parallel sessions on different disciplines.

Experts and scholars with doctoral degrees from well-known colleges and universities at home and abroad, leading talents and young talents with excellent academic potentials in related research fields of the forum are welcome to join us.

(4) Travel Accommodation 

 

The university will provide the invited talents with free accommodation of the forum duration and transportation allowance for their round trip. 

 

(5) Tips 

 

In accordance with the infection control and prevention of COVID-19, online forum is accessible if any of the following circumstances exists, so as to ensure the success of the forum and keep all participants safe. 

 

1. People who have traveled or lived in medium- or high-risk areas abroad in the 21 days prior to the forum; 

 

2. People who have traveled or lived in medium- or high-risk areas within China in the 14 days prior to the forum; 

 

3. People who have such symptoms as fever (with a body temperature above 37.3 degree Celsius), cough, pain or pressure in the chest and fatigue; 

 

4. People who are assigned a health code in red or amber. 

 

In order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control regluations of Jiangsu province, we will contact offline participants in advance to collect their health codes and other relevant information. For more information, please refer to the forum invitation letter issued later.
