The department of Immunogenetics is seeking for2 Post-Doctoral positions .
Applications are invited for two post-doc positions (2 years and 3 years) starting as soon as possible. The research aims to develop new anti-cancer drugs together with the Biotech company Apogenix. The successful applicants will join a strong apoptosis research program in the department of Immunogenetics (Prof. Dr. Peter H. Krammer) of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) to investigate molecular mechanisms and drug signalling pathways in cancer and cancer stem cells. The successful applicants are expected to have a strong background in molecular biology, immunology or biochemistry and should have experience in working with stem cells and cancer stem cells.
