基本应聘条件：
·科学道德高尚，有较高的学术造诣和教学科研成就；
·有较强的管理及领导能力，具有带领相关学科在其前沿领域从事高水平创新性研究的能力；
·原则上年龄不超过50岁，具有博士学位；
·一般应具有高水平大学副教授及以上职位或其他相应职位；
·有较强的国际交流能力。

Tianjin University Invites Applications and Referrals for Dean of Colleges/Schools
Established in 1895 with the name of Peiyang University, Tianjin University (TJU) is the first modern university in China. It became one of the first 16 National Key Universities in 1959, and has grown into a high-level comprehensive university with special funding from “211-Project” and “985-Project”, the national efforts to strengthen higher education.
Guided by the Strategy of Reinvigorating the University through Human Resource Development, TJU invites applications and referrals for 14 positions of Deans of several Faculties/Schools as follows:
Dean, College of Management and Economics (in which the following four schools are included);
Dean of School of Management;
Dean of School of Public Administration;
Dean of School of Business;
Dean of School of Economics and Finance (to be established);
Dean of School of Biological Science and Technology (to be established);
Dean of School of Precision Instrument and Optoelectronics Engineering;

Basic Credentials
·Scientific integrity with outstanding records in teaching and research;
·Considerable experience in faculty management with demonstrable administrative and communication competence;
·Capacity to lead the faculty to develop innovative research in forefront fields;
·PhD degree, no more than 50 years of age in principle;
·Associate professor or above status at a reputable university or an equivalent position;
·Strong capability of international communication and cooperation.
Salaries and Benefits
·The salary of a relevant faculty position as well as a Dean’s allowance during service term;
