Principle Investigator:
Assay Development, High Throughput Screening and Automation Laboratory
Job Responsibilities:
1、The Candidate will be responsible for providing scientific and managerial leadership in the area of assay development, highthroughput screening and automation.
2、The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in leading, managing and mentoring a team
of scientists in the following areas: assay development, high throughput screening (HTS), data manipulation, storage, and analysis;
3、liquid handling robotics;
4、microtiter plate washing, manipulation and bar coding; HTS assay detectors; and automated devices for assay setup, validation and visualization. Cost considerations, HTS amenable assay systems, and miniaturization and scale-up.
Basic Qualifications:
1、The candidate will have Ph.D. training (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, etc.) with minimum of 10 years experience in the above and a minimum of 5 years of direct managerial experience.
2、Proven managerial skills are essential. Candidate must be able to work independently, handle possible flexible work schedule, and work well in a regulated, multidisciplinary team setting.
