NYU School of Medicine has an immediate opening for two highly motivated postdoctoral fellows to study : (1) developmental melanoma therapeutics ? identification and development of small molecule therapeutics and elucidation of their mechanisms of action, and (2) cellular and molecular biology of melanin synthesis and deposition focused on the TYR and OCA2 gene products

 

Candidates demonstrating the ability to be creative, highly motivated, work independently and with a strong background in molecular and cell biology, and tissue cultures should apply. Good writing skills and skills in bioinformatics and proteomics are also desirable.
