Yale University School of Medicine vascular biology and immunology laboratory invites applications for a position at the postdoctoral associate or research associate level. Positions are available for candidates with experience in either of 2 areas: (1) proteomics; or (2) protein purification and 2-D crystal generation. Experience in immunology and/or vascular biology desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to work both individually and as part of a team. Broad laboratory foci include immune adaptive (T cell) and innate (macrophage) integrin biology, steroid hormone effects on the endothelium, and vascular responses to angiogenic growth factors. Designated appointment level (and salary) will be commensurate with background and experience. Position is available January 2010 (flexible start date).
