五、招聘条件
具有植物学、生物化学、遗传学等相关专业博士学位。以第一或通讯作者在SCI收录期刊上发表过两篇以上影响因子大于9的论文；
具有连续三年以上的海外科研工作经历，可以使用英语作为有效工作语言，具有高端的学术水平和推动发展学术期刊的兴趣；
具有创新精神以及较强的协调、组织能力；
符合中国科学院植物研究所应聘岗位的其他应聘条件。

Recruitment: Executive Chief Editor of
Journal of Integrative Plant Biology
Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB; www.jipb.net ) is a monthly plant biology journal that reports novel scientific discoveries using integrative genetic, chemical, cell and molecular biological approaches. As one of the leading Wiley-Blackwell journals, JIPB is subscribed by 14,200 libraries worldwide and is indexed by 67 databases such as SCI, PubMed, Google Scholar, CA, BA and BIOSIS. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Executive Chief Editor to work under the supervision of the Chief Editor and board members to promote the journal, and to bridge the communication among editors, reviewers, authors and the publisher. The ideal candidate should have solid training in plant biology, with a good publication record, be able to work creatively to increase the journal's quality and visibility. The annual salary will be 200,000 to 300,000 RMB, depending on qualifications. The position is open immediately, until filled.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting the Chief Editor in promoting the development of JIPB, and guiding the editorial business;
Guiding the development direction, and planning and organizing editing activity;
Facilitating communication with researchers and promoting JIPB;
In charge of the evaluation of manuscript quality, and the assignment of
manuscripts to editors;
Writing academic news and presentations of scientific research achievements;
Participating in manuscript processing and special issue publication.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. degree in botany, biochemistry, genetics and other related area with more than two publications as the first or corresponding author in SCI journals whose impact factors are greater than 9;
Over three years of scientific research experience abroad, professional English writing skills and fluent oral English, and a high academic level and interest in promoting the development of academic journals;
Possesses an innovative spirit and good coordination and organization skills;
Other qualifications in accordance with the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
