生物技术平台旨在提供最先进的植物转基因、基因发现和基因修饰技术；为研究中心各部门服务，以增强中心的科研能力和加速科研进程。并促进研究成果向应用于工、农业生产的转化。与此同时，该平台着力于发现能为农作物提供崭新优质性状的基因。现因科研需要，欲招聘博士后1名从事新型抗除草剂基因的研发工作。
1， 获得（或即将获得）博士学位，牢实分子生物学基础。有基因定向进化科研经历和课题管理经验者优先
2， 在国际学术期刊上发表过（或已提交）研究论文
3， 有科学研究的热情，对基因结构与功能有浓厚兴趣，具有良好的独立工作能力、实验操作能力及创新工作精神

Situated in the picturesque Chenshan Botanical Garden, the Shanghai Center for Plant Stress Biology (PSC) is a new national institution for fostering world-class research and nurturing next-generation scientists in the field of plant biology. As a unit of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, PSC’s mission is to address fundamental issues of plant biology in order to improve agricultural productivity and sustainability and to mitigate agriculture-related environmental degradation.
The Phenomics Research Scientist will be responsible for developing different plant phenotyping methods using automated high throughput systems. He/she will coordinate phenomics research in PSC and other institutes; work to expand phenomics capabilities in PSC, and establish new phenomics research projects.
Expertise in plant phenotyping and in coordinating teams of scientists is essential. Scientific and interpersonal communication skills, leadership and a desire to achieve excellence are also critical.
Required: Ph.D. in biological sciences (or equivalent) and 2+ years in high throughput plant phenotyping. Exceptional M.Sc. with extensive phenotyping experience can also be considered. Must be fluent in English and knowledge in Chinese language is helpful but not required.
