大连理工大学科研特区“人工光合作用研究所”研究人员招聘启事
 
 
 
(Faculty positions available in DUT on solar cells and solar fuels) 
 
Openings of more than 15 faculty positions at the levels of associate professor and full professor are now available in the recently established Institute of Artificial Photosynthesis (IAP), Dalian University of Technology (DUT), China. The research areas of these open positions cover quantum dots sensitized solar cells, organic polymer solar cells, organic-inorganic hybrid (perovskite) solar cells, catalytic water oxidation, catalytic proton reduction, catalytic CO2 reduction, functional devices for light driven total water splitting, new type batteries, light to heat conversion at molecular level. Qualified candidates for these open positions should have obtained PhD degree, postdoc research experience, and well documented research achievements in related research area. DUT will provide for the positions in IAP highly competitive salaries at international levels. Positions Available & Requirements 
 
1.Faculty positions (more than 15 associate professors and full professors) 
 
a.Applicants should have obtained PhD degree. 
 
b.Applicants should have postdoc research experience in related areas. 
 
c.Applicants should also have well documented research achievements in related research area. 
 
d.Applicants must be under the age of 35 for associate professor, and 40 for full professor. 
 
e.DUT will provide for the positions in IAP highly competitive salaries at international levels. 
 
2.Postdoc position (1 person) 
 
a.Applicants must be holders of PhD Degree from related disciplines, from the top 100 universities in the world. 
 
b.Applicants shall have outstanding research achievements. 
 
c.Applicants must be under the age of 35. 
 
d.Non-native English speakers should have an excellent communication ability in Chinese or English. 
 
e.Applicants must be engaged in full-time research no less than 20 months for two years period. 
 
f.Applicants shall not be sponsored by “The International Exchange Funding Scheme for Postdoc Fellow Introducing Program” before. 
 
g.The deadline for this position is 2014-12-31

作为的科研特区,大连理工大学“人工光合作用研究所” 以可再生能源转换及储存等国家重大战略需求为导向,依托大连理工大学化工与环境生命学部,在分子层面上开展高效低成本太阳能电池的研究、太阳能光解水制氢分子器件的研究、新型储能材料的研究以及二氧化碳还原制备燃料等方面的研究工作。该研究所突出学科交叉、产学研结合、成果转化,建议、组织申请、承担实施国家级重大科技项目,与国内外该领域的研究机构开展实质性科研合作,推动分子水平太阳能转换的基础研究及技术开发在我国的发展,培养可再生能源技术领域高水平科研人才。根据大连理工大学“人工光合作用研究所”的发展需要,现向国内外公开招聘以下研究领域教授或副教授共15名: 
 
一、研究领域 
 
光驱动或电化学驱动催化水氧化及氧/氧键形成机理、光驱动或电化学驱动催化还原质子制氢及氢/氢键形成机理、光驱动或电化学驱动二氧化碳还原催化剂研发、太阳能驱动光解水制氢分子器件的组装(纳米材料、催化剂等光阳极或光阴极)、新型染料敏化或量子点敏化太阳能电池、有机高分子太阳能电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、新型储能材料(锂离子电池)、分子水平光/热转换材料、非商品实验设备及实验平台(太阳能电池及光解水制氢分子器件放大设备)自主设计、建造(workshop硬件及软件)。 
 
二、任职条件 
 
符合条件的候选人应当在如下某个或某几个领域有雄厚的研究基础:金属有机化学、有机及无机化学、分子催化、电化学、光-电化学、光化学及光物理、纳米材料化学。应当具有博士学位和博士后工作经历,正在围绕以上某个研究方向从事前沿探索工作。应聘者年龄副教授一般情况下不超过35岁、教授一般情况下不超过40岁。 
 
三、工作和生活待遇 
 
参照学校科研特区的有关规定,大连理工大学“人工光合作用研究所”对受聘的科研人员实行具有国际竞争力的年薪制,具体数额应聘者与学校面议确定。
