Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in Division of Chemistry and Biological Chemistry at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

 

Applicants [1] should have or will obtain their Ph. D. degrees soon;

 

[2] MUST BE WILLING to work on DNA labeling with 32P-ATP (a radioactive isotope with β-decay);

 

[3] should have hand-on experience on handling oligonucleotides (DNA, G-quadruplex, i-motif…) or other biomacromolecules as well as on conducting gel electrophoresis;

 

[4] should major in CHEMISTRY;

 

[5] should have reasonable publication records.

 

This postdoctoral fellow will carry out research work on search for and characterization of new types of catalytic DNA (deoxyribozyme) from the perspectives of chemistry.
