Our labs have openings for postdoctoral fellowships in the research areas of fluorescent imaging or nano-biotechnology.
We are seeking highly motivated and independent candidates with a Ph.D. degree in at least one of the following research areas:
1). Design and synthesis of fluorescent probes for the bioactive molecules identification or drug/inhibitor screening.
2). Biomaterials or Nanomaterials fabrication, Bioconjugation of nanomaterials or polymer materials in their applications in drug/gene delivery, protein/enzyme detection, biocatalysis or fluorescent imaging.
Candidates who are familiar with the single molecule fluorescence detection techniques are also welcome to apply.
The good candidates should have solid training and strong publication records in the relevant research fields. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm to work in an interdisciplinary team are also required. Molecular or cell biological chemistry background is advantageous but not necessary.
