The TMRC laboratory will be devoted to innovative biomarker identification and development in areas of Cardiovascular & Metabolic Disease, Inflammation, Musculoskeletal Biology, Neuroscience, Oncology and Reproductive Health. We are seeking outstanding scientists to establish the laboratory and drive the future of Translational Medicine. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class organisation dedicated to the application of cutting-edge science for the treatment of significant unmet medical needs.
You will be responsible for the development/validation of biomarker assays and you will oversee the analysis of clinical samples using immunoassay and/or immuno-histochemistry. You will supervise technical support staff. You will have a PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a related discipline with up to 2 years of laboratory experience in immunoassay and assay development. Work in the pharmaceutical industry or in another team-based environment would be desirable. Supervisory experience an advantage.
