A full-time postdoctoral or senior research position is open in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Miller School of Medicine of the University of Miami. The projects are NIH-funded, with a focus to develop new technology and concept to bridge genomic and genetic discoveries to immunobiology and immunotherapy in autoimmunity and transplant tolerance induction. Minimum qualifications include a new or recent graduate with an advanced research training in both immunology and molecular biology, solid research experience with mouse models and excellent written/oral communication skills. Expertise and skills in immunofluorescence imaging, microsurgery and molecular cloning are highly desired.
