Publishing Editor / Associate Editor (Biomedicine & Life Sciences)

Beijing (Zhong guancun Haidian district )
Reporting Line
Report to Editorial Director of Medicine, Biomedicine & Life Sciences, China
Responsibilities
n To build up the scientific network among Chinese scientific community
n To plan, acquire and manage scientific journals, books and other products.
n Keep abreast of latest developments in biomedical sciences; focus on emerging topics as well as interdisciplinary research.
n Responsible for the quality of Editorial Projects.
Requirements
n Masters degree or above in a relevant subject area is a must.
n Previous working experience in international STM publishing industry is desired.
n Experience of living / working in a foreign country outside China will be helpful
n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n Presentable and fluent in both written and spoken English.
n Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
n Highly motivated with a sense of self-discipline
n Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
