The department seeks to appoint a postdoctoral research assistant in the area of accretion, volatiles and core formation, funded by the Science and Technology Facilities research Council to work in the group of Professor Alex Halliday.
The position will involve the development and utilisation of novel stable isotope methods and require a background in multiple collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and/ or thermal ionization mass spectrometry.
We seek talented and enthusiastic individuals who are keen to work in a dynamic, interactive and technically innovative research facility.
The position will be for two years in the first instance.
