Postdoctoral Position in the Department of Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry at Johns Hopkins University in the Wade Laboratory. We use a battery of biophysical techniques to study the recognition and switch properties of transcriptional regulators involved in bacterial multidrug resistance. Techniques include fluorescence spectroscopy, crystallography, calorimetry (ITC) as well as a number of gel-based methods. A Ph.D. in the relevant fields are required.
