A Postdoctoral position is available immediately in a cancer research laboratory in the Department of Pathology, College of Medicine at University of Illinois at Chicago. The successful candidates are to determine the molecular mechanisms of gastrointestinal carcinogenesis and chemoprevention in transgenic/knockout mouse models and cell culture systems.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent with strong background in the following areas: cancer biology, molecular/cellular biology. Small animal handling experience is preferred, not required.
