A postdoctoral position is available at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine to study signal transduction mechanisms regulating crosstalk between airway smooth muscle cells and T cells, as well as glucocorticoid receptor signaling and its role in modulating expression of the pro-asthmatic phenotype in airway smooth muscle.
Applicants should have a PhD, MD or equivalent degree and a research background in signal transduction mechanisms, immunology, biochemistry and/or molecular pharmacology.
