Our group, located in Biomedicum Helsinki (www.biomedicum.fi) at medical campus of University of Helsinki (www.helsinki.fi), is studying the genetics of celiac disease using large European patient and family cohorts, as well as the immunopathogenetic mechanisms of this disease and its risk genes at cellular and molecular levels.
Our EU/Marie Curie funded project (CD-GENETICS, MEXT-025270) has an immediate opening of a post-doctoral level lab visit of at least 8 months. The candidate must have a strong background on cell/molecular biological or immunological studies on celiac disease and experience on mouse models is advantageous. Biomedicum Helsinki is rich in various core facilities to perform effective and multidisciplinary research.
Salary 3160-3700 €/month monthly mobility allowance 579-927€ annual travel allowance 250-2500€.
