美国波士顿大学医学院招聘博士后
Postdoctoral Positions are immediately available to study mechanisms involved in early lung morphogenesis and cell fate determination. Our research interests include the role of miRNA pathways in lung branching morphogenesis, characterization of early developmental programs in lung progenitor cells during formation of the lung primordium, and the role of retinoic acid, Fgf, heparan sulfate proteoglycans and Notch in these processes. Approaches, such as genetically modified mouse, organ and cell culture systems, genome wide expression profiling, large scale in situ hybridization and RNAi are routinely used in these studies. Please see our recent publications and webpages for further information: Development, 133:1611-24 (2006); BBRC, 334:319-23 (2005); J.Biol.Chem. May 11(2007); Development 134, 2969-79 (2007); J.Biol.Chem.280:4934-4841 (2005).

Self-motivated individuals trained in areas of mouse genetics, developmental, functional genomics and molecular biology are encouraged to apply. Skills and experience in mouse stem cell biology, large scale screen approaches and bioinformatics are desirable but not required. Boston University is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
