加拿大阿尔伯塔大学生物系招聘博士后

Candidates are invited to apply for a fully funded postdoctoral position (up to three years) in the laboratory of Dr. Kirst King-Jones, who studies how nuclear receptors regulate metabolic pathways in Drosophila melanogaster. The project will focus on genomic and genetic screens to identify novel transcriptional regulators of fat and cholesterol metabolism. More information on the laboratory can be found on the web at: http://www.biology.ualberta.ca/king-jones_lab/KKJ_lab/Home.html

Applicants should have experience with genetics (preferably Drosophila genetics), molecular biology and genomics. However, we will consider highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a strong track record from related fields. We will offer a competitive salary, which will depend on qualification and skill.
