A Postdoctoral Position is available at Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University (New York City). A primary focus of the laboratory is delineating novel signaling and trafficking pathways for the neurotrophin system, with long term goals of informing treatment strategies for neuropsychiatric disorders. Applicants should have a background in biochemistry and molecular biology. Additionally, those with a familiarity with neurobiology and microscopy techniques are encouraged to apply. Applicants who have skills in only some of these disciplines but feel that they can easily learn the others are welcome to apply. My laboratory has recently published in Neuron (2006), Science (2006), and Journal of Neuroscience (2008, 2009).
