One post-doctoral fellow position is immediately available in the Laboratory of Dr. Jianping Jin, Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, The University of Texas Medical School at Houston (http://www-bmb.med.uth.tmc.edu/faculty/jianping-jin.html). The responsibility of this position is to dissect the biological functions of CRL ubiquitin ligases through identification of their protein substrates.

 

Applicants should be highly motivated and have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree with a strong background in cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry or related disciplines. Applicants should have demonstrated scientific productivity, good communication skills, and be able to conduct independent research.
