Two postdoctoral positions are available immediately in Dr. Zucai Suo’s laboratory (http://www.biosci.ohio-state.edu/~zsuo/) to study protein functions and interactions through protein X-ray crystallography. The candidate should have a PhD in structural biology and have extensive experience in all aspects of protein X-ray crystallography, including protein expression and purification, crystallization, structure determination and refinement. Experience with baculovirus expression system is a plus. The protein targets are human kinases and DNA polymerases.
