Postdoctoral positions available to study the pathogenesis of HIV. Areas of research examine the associations of host genetics on HIV mother-to-child transmission, disease progression and CNS impairment, the role of autophagy in HIV infection and pathogenesis, and innate and adaptive immunologic responses to HIV during acute infection and immune reconstitution. Experience in molecular virology, genetics and/or cellular immunology required. Applicants must have spoken and written fluency in English.
