Multiple NIH-funded research positions are available immediately. Ranks from postdoctoral research fellows to research assistant professors based on the experiences of the candidates. Requirements include a Ph.D and/or M.D. in immunology or other cell biological field. We are particularly looking for candidates with strong research background in immunology and biochemistry, and experience in working with animal models is a plus.
The focuses of our research are the molecular mechanisms of the development, activation, differentiation and tolerance of both T- and B-lymphocyte, as well as the development of autoimmune disease. Current ongoing research projects are 1) epigenetics and protein acetylation in immune functions, 2) microRNA in T-cell activation and tolerance, and 3) ubiquitination and autoimmunity.
